Got on quick, to be honest. The driver just checked my ticket, no fuss or messing around, and that was it. Boarding was smooth enough, nothing complicated about it.

The sockets worked Fine and did what I needed them to do. Nothing fancy, but they got the job Done without any issues.

I had to try paying multiple times before it finally went through. Because the payment kept failing, the whole checkout took longer than it should have.

It wasn’t the worst experience, I guess, and things were mostly fine overall. But the seats felt kind of grubby, which made it hard to fully relax or feel like the place was really clean.

My bus ended up being delayed, but I got the updates quickly and they mostly made sense. It made standing around waiting a bit less frustrating, especially with that whole thing going on. The driver explained it again once we got on too, so I can’t really complain.

The bus was late again, and there was no clear update about what was going on. I ended up missing my connection in London, which was really frustrating. This isn’t the first time either, and it gets annoying when you plans your day around their timetable.

I had a unpleasant trip on the Oxford Tube, to be honest. The driving felt really rough, with a lot of sharp braking and quick pulling out, and I found myself watching the road the whole time instead of relaxing. It might have just been that particular driver, but from my point of view it didn’t feel as safe or comfortable as it should. It’s definitely made me think twice about using it again

The route itself is actually good and gets me where I need to go, but the times are just awkward. It feels like every schedule like this is either too early or too late, never when you actually need it. Not a bad option overall, just kind of annoying to plan around

Took the Oxford Tube the wifi was better than I thought it’d be. Connected quickly. I could check emails, browse a bit, all fine. It did cut out for a few minutes in a couple of spots, so yeah, not perfect. Still really handy for the trip though. Would’ve been 5 stars if it stayed a little more consistent.

I mostly downloaded the app because I didn’t feel like standing around guessing when the next bus would show up, and I ended up using it to look up the times and buy my ticket too. It was straightforward overall. I did have one moment where it froze while the next bus info was loading, which was annoying, but it only happened that one time. When people are waiting and just need basic info, a little courtesy goes a long way.

The driver seemed like he was in a rush, and my suitcase ended up shoved under about a pile of other bags. When I got it back, the handle was all scuffed up and one of the zips was bent. I asked around a bit, but no one really seemed to care. I definitely wouldn’t use them again if I’m bringing luggage

I had to cancel my trip, which I was a bit nervous about because I didn’t want to risk getting stuck waiting forever or having to chase people for my money. Thankfully, the refund was handled quickly and came back without any hassle. Really appreciated how smooth it was.

I tried emailing about it afterward, but the replies felt like they were coming from robots, just generic answers that didn’t really address anything. Frustrating experience overall.

The driver was nice enough and polite, but it kind of felt like they were in a hurry whenever people asked questions. Not a huge deal, just one of those things where the whole vibe felt a bit rushed.
